Mechanical Wings

My goal with this project is to create realistic wings scaled to the size of humans and moved similarly to nature. This is a personal project that I am working on because often wings aren't scaled properly to human dimensions and the mechanics behind making moving wings is fascinating.

In terms of progress, we decided on materials, the mechanical system behind the project, and overall design. We are working on creating a low-grade prototype scaled down to test the mechanisms behind the movement.
